E-Commerce Customer Service and Operations Assistant

Kirna Zabête is looking to hire a full time E-commerce Customer Service and Operations Assistant. The candidate should be reliable, organized, detail oriented, and interested in fashion and e-commerce.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting e-commerce team with daily operations of luxury website
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Reporting on all customer services challenges and opportunities
- Assisting with customer profiling and special programs
- Online product merchandising and management of international designer product assortment
- Assisting in the photo studio for both product and editorial photo shoots
- Sample management and assistance with third party merchandising partners
- Assisting with social media outreach, blogging, marketing and press projects
- Knowledge of Magento a plus
This is an ideal role for candidates interested in learning about luxury e-commerce from all perspectives. You will be able to take ownership of multiple essential e-commerce department functions. Must be a self-starter and comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment. Must love fashion.
