The Paris-based Vetements was founded by Demna Gvaslia and his collective of friends and colleagues in March 2014. Inspired by a masculine wardrobe with a focus on tailoring and streetwear, the goal is to create clothes that are appreciated for their unique creative and technical qualities.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 2 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours.
Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. KirnaZabete.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We use UPS and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
You may be required to sign for your package upon delivery.

Three UPS shipping method options are available for all orders placed for delivery within the United States:- UPS Ground (delivery within 3-5 business days) - $10- UPS Second Day Air (delivery on the second business day) - $22- UPS Next Day Air (delivery on the next business day) - $44
Please note that these shipping times are estimates provided by UPS, and we are not responsible if your delivery is rescheduled by UPS while in transit. You may be required to sign for your package upon delivery.
We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible. SAME DAY MESSENGER DELIVERY (MANHATTAN ONLY)
Same-day Manhattan Messenger delivery is available Monday-Friday only for a fee of $15. Orders for Manhattan Messenger service must be placed by 1 PM ET for same-day delivery. Messenger delivery orders placed after 1 PM ET will be delivered the following business day. Please ensure that you will be available to sign for your Messenger delivery between 2PM-6PM ET. Non-deliverable items will be returned, and may incur additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
MANHATTAN MESSENGER DELIVERY IS NOT AVAILABLE ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
OUR RETURN POLICY
Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 7 days from the date you received your order to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to exchange or return.
All returns are to be registered with our Returns Department at [email protected]. Please note that returns cannot be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Return Authorization requests made after seven days will be evaluated based on the discretion of the Returns Department, and may be declined.
A pre-paid UPS shipping label is provided for your convenience once our customer service team has approved your Return or Exchange. No postage is required upfront. A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund. Customers must use the KIRNA ZABÊTE official return label, other forms of return might not be accepted. If you are based outside the US you will need to pay taxes and duties on this.
Items must be returned new, unused, in their original condition and with all KIRNA ZABÊTE & designer garment tags still attached. Merchandise returned without the original tags attached will not be accepted. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
To ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items to us in the original packaging provided.
A Return Authorization Number is issued solely as a preliminary return management measure. Please note that a Return Authorization does not guarantee that a return will be accepted if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing garment tags or otherwise not in original condition. If you are returning a product due to defect, please include this information when requesting a Return Authorizaton.
All merchandise is quality-inspected prior to shipment. If you find a product to be defective, please notify our customer service team as soon as possible.

FINAL SALE ITEMS Fragrances, swimwear and all merchandise discounted at 50% or more, or marked "Final Sale", is considered FINAL SALE. Items designated as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. If a FINAL SALE item is sent back without approval Kirna Zabete reserves the right to send back to the customer.
EXCHANGES Due to the select nature of our merchandise, KIRNA ZABÊTE regrets that we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchanges. We will try our hardest to meet our customer’s needs and hope to be able to assist your exchange.
REPEATED RETURNS We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your KIRNA ZABÊTE account.
LATE RETURNS Your purchase should be sent back to us within the 10 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of KIRNA ZABÊTE.
CLOTHING Please take care trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all KIRNA ZABÊTE and designer garment tags still attached.
BAGS Please handle light-colored bags carefully if you are still deciding whether you will be keeping the item. Please note that dark items of clothing can transfer dye to light-colored bags.
SHOES When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. Returns must also include the dust bag and undamaged shoebox, as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoebox inside another box in order to prevent damage during shipping.
SWIMWEAR Swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. All swimwear is FINAL SALE.
BOOKS As these items are highly collectible, please only remove the protective cover and packaging once you are certain that you wish to keep them.
TECHNOLOGY Technology products should be returned in the original packaging.
FAULTY GOODS Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply request a return through your KIRNA ZABÊTE account and send the faulty goods back to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
COLORS We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on KIRNA ZABÊTE as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.
PLEASE NOTE THAT MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ON KIRNAZABETE.COM CANNOT BE RETURNED AT THE KIRNA ZABETE STORE. ITEMS PURCHASED AT THE KIRNA ZABETE STORE MUST BE RETURNED IN-STORE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR RETURN POLICY. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.
Due to the sometimes lengthy delivery and customs clearance time for international orders, we must require that Return Authorization requests for all international orders be made within 48 HOURS of receipt of delivery. International returns must be received within seven business days from issuance of Return Authorization. Return shipping for all international orders is the responsibility of the customer, and we strongly suggest the purchase of insurance for the full value of any return merchandise, in addition to delivery confirmation or order tracking. All correctly returned products will be credited as either a store credit or a refund to the original purchaser’s credit card excluding all applicable shipping costs. Once your package has been received at KirnaZabete.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within seven business days.
You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund request from KirnaZabete.com.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit to your KirnaZabete.com account. You will need to register your details with [email protected].This is valid for one year and will be applied to your next purchase. Please be aware that you may be required to pay any cost difference and additional shipping, taxes, and import duties.
