Shipping & Handling

  • Processing Time
    We know how excited you are to receive your purchase (we are too!) and we aim to process each order as soon as it is received. Generally, please allow 24-48 hours of processing time on any order. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM EST, or on the weekend, will begin processing on the following Monday.
    We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
  • Shipping Rates within the U.S.
    For shipping within the U.S., three UPS shipping rates are available:
    UPS Ground (delivery within 3-5 business days) - $10
    UPS Second Day Air (delivery on the second business day) - $22
    UPS Next Day Air (delivery on the next business day) - $44
    Please note that these shipping times are estimates provided by UPS, and we are not responsible if your delivery is rescheduled by UPS while in transit.
    We use UPS and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery at this time.
  • In-Store Pickup (Soho Exclusive)
    In the area? We also offer complimentary in-store pickup at our Soho boutique, 477 Broome St., New York, NY 10013.
    You will be contacted by email when your order is ready to be picked up.
    If you no longer wish to pick up your order in store, please email us at [email protected] or call 1.877.595.8878 so we can assist you with alternative delivery options.
    We will make every effort to let you know that your purchase is ready to be picked up, but please note that any orders not retrieved after 7 days will be automatically cancelled.
  • Same-day Manhattan Messenger
    Want it today? Same-day Manhattan Messenger delivery is available Monday-Friday only for a fee of $15. Orders for Manhattan Messenger service must be placed by 10:00 AM ET for same-day delivery. Messenger delivery orders placed after 10 AM ET will be delivered the following business day. Please ensure that you will be available to sign for your Messenger delivery between 2PM-6PM ET. Non-deliverable items will be returned, and may incur additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
    MANHATTAN MESSENGER DELIVERY IS NOT AVAILABLE ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS. In some cases, your purchase may require an additional 24-48 hours to process. Please call 1.877.595.8878 to confirm same day delivery.
  • International Orders
    We partner with UPS to ship to over 200 countries worldwide!
    If your shipping destination is out side of the U.S. or if you are using a non-U.S. credit card, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and choose the "International Checkout" button when you are ready to check out.
    Shipping rates and duties/taxes are automatically calculated at checkout. Orders typically take up to 3-5 business days to arrive. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer overnight shipping service internationally.
    We regret that we are unable to refund shipping or duties/taxes on internationally shipped orders on returns.
  • Order Tracking
    For all orders (domestic and international), once your order has shipped (generally within 24-48 hours), you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number. Please contact us at [email protected] or 1.877.595.8878 with your order number if you do not receive your shipping confirmation email and we will be happy to resend.
