Shipping and Returns
Please note, clients will need to select their desired FedEx delivery speed. Kirna Zabête will ship orders according to the shipping selection made by the client. For purchases made after FedEx’s ground shipping deadline, clients will need to select the appropriate expedited delivery method to receive their order in time for the holiday.
Free ground shipping and returns on orders over $500, before tax. Offer valid within the U.S. only, to the 48 contiguous states.
We partner with FedEx to ship domestically and internationally to over 200 countries worldwide! Shipping rates, duties and taxes are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Orders typically take up to 7-10 business days to arrive.
Orders placed direct on Facebook or Instagram will be processed within 48 hours. If a style can't be located, it could take up to 72 hours to ship or subsequently cancel. Shipping speeds are based on level of service chosen at checkout. Free shipping goes out as ground and will take 2-5 days to arrive depending on where you are in the country. Note that our shipping notification email is sometimes delayed, but your item should shipped within the window stated above. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with any concerns regarding your shipment.
We regret that we are unable to refund shipping on domestic orders. Additionally, we are unable to refund shipping or duties/taxes on international orders/returns.
All eligible returns must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns received after this window will not be processed.
To return your item(s), please email email@example.com with your reason for returning and we will then email you a Fedex return shipping label. If you received your order in multiple packages, you may send your item(s) back in one box with all packing slips included. You can then drop off your package to any authorized FedEx drop-off location.
Please use the original packaging when possible to return the item, or risk the return coming back damaged and unacceptable.
Note that we cannot guarantee returns sent using a shipping method other than the label we provide. For any return questions you may email firstname.lastname@example.org
To be eligible for return, items must be returned new, unused, in their original condition and with all KIRNA ZABÊTE and designer garment tags still attached. Merchandise returned without the original tags attached will not be accepted and will be sent back. Note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing, or shows signs of wear.
MASKS, and SALE items discounted at 50% off or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. If these items are returned, they will be sent back to the customer.
No price adjustments will be provided for items purchased on sale or promotion.
Additionally, repeated returns made by customers will be monitored and your account may be suspended. If you are still deciding whether or not to keep an item please take extra care with the following:
SWIMWEAR: Please try on all swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons. All returned merchandise must be in "as-received" condition with tags and panty liners in place. If items are soiled, damaged, worn, used or in other than as received condition, they will be returned to the customer.
BAGS: Please handle light-colored bags with caution as dark clothing and denim can transfer dye to light-colored goods.
SHOES: When trying on shoes, please do not scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. Returns must also include the dust bag and undamaged shoebox, as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside of the original shipping box in order to prevent damage to the shoe box during shipping.
BOOKS: Must be returned with the protective cover and packaging.
TECHNOLOGY: Must be returned in the original packaging.
COLORS: We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on KIRNA ZABÊTE as accurately as possible.
However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate. Lastly, all merchandise is quality-inspected prior to shipment. If you find a product to be defective, please email email@example.com as soon as possible and include the order # in the subject line.
